Hi Amin,
As far as we know there are no "friendly" banks based on nationalities, there are banks who have good mortgage rates, others less, others who have good service packages, good communication or less, more familiar with international operations or less.
Offering a mortgage to a foreigner would generally be quite restrictive because banks need guarantees, especially for high amounts.
