Forget it, too many bars for too few people. Too may restaurants for too few customers. Keep your money in your pocket and spend it in abetter way.
Just my two cents. I live in Sihanoukville and see bar and restaurant owners sell their businesses and leave, disillusioned and poorer than when they came.
