hey expats
i'm about to buy an apartement in Badr city near the new capital of egypt
it will be 3 rooms
the question is ( can i rent it for expats here ?)
do i have to rent the whole apartement or just the other 2 rooms cause i'm thinking about living there ?

I think it will be hard as its very far from Downtown.
New Cairo, Rehab , or shrouk near from places and services .
Dont have any info about badr and dont know if expats will like to stay there if they find work near .
