Hi. I need help. I live in Greece but I need to put my UK car on bulgarian number plates. I dont have a bulgarian address (yet) but want the bulgarian number plates, insurance and tax. Can someone help or advise? Where to go? phone number of an English speaking person who I can pay to guide me through and do it all for me? Must be near GReek border ideally. Thanks

forgot to put. I guess I need to rent a mail box from another expat or someone as a temporary address. Does anyone know anyone. Ideally in South. Until I have bought my own place.
