Is it possible to transfer Car ownership if the Owner is outside KSA on Exit Reentry Visa??
actually i have to transfer my car on my Name and currently its on my Father name.

I have all the originals with me (Onwner Iqama,Istimara and License)

Try going to those used car dealerships, they just need some documents to do the work, I did that with my bro 2 years back and they charge a fee for it.

Just tell them it's your father's car, don't tell them he's out of town or they might not do it.
