Hello   my name is steve  american retired living on small social security   i was in pasig city for 2 half years  returned to usa for medical stuff feb 2017  planning on returning to philippines sept 2017  i was looking at  Balanga city..is this where you are?   If so maybe you can give me a idea about this area..all i need is a small studio  or room with cr  ac  area to cook..8 thou php a month or less..well drop me a line when you have time..Salamat  Po
