Why does the Hungary forum not give correct times based on the Hungary time zone?

If you think that's odd, try the Norwegian state weather forecaster (here: Norwegian Weather for BUD).
Great weather site but totally weird on what time it is. Often you cannot see today's weather because it already thinks it's tomorrow. Never figured out where they get the time from.

Just to help, the "my account" option is the far right "icon button" at the top of the page when one access their profile.
Hope this helps, since it took me a while to figure this out myself.
