This article on annulment was posted recently. It has a couple of links explaining both a recent statement by the Pope with regard to annulment and another link regarding annulment laws in the Philippines.

But the problem is my reason to unnull maybe its not in the grounds.or qualify

It would appear from what I have read that you will need to consult with an attorney to see first if you qualify and to start the process.
