I am an expat living in saudia . Currently working here. I have just got married in Pakistan. Can i sponsor my husband here ? So that he can come here and find a job for himself? Does that cost anything?

Depends on your job title whether you can sponsor your husband or not. Search the blog as I believe someone posted a link (recently) to the list of jobs that may apply for family resident visas.

On top of what @stressedmom said, please check your employment contract. What marital status has been written. Will they allow and support you to bring your spouse?

What designation mentioned in you Iqama or what is your work here?
Your husband can come here as your Mahram but he cannot work except some work he is allowed.
