Romanian Embassy in KL

Hello,

I am from the Philippines.. and the Consular office here in Manila will be closed for a month.
They asked me to go to KL for the application (which is crazy but i have no choice).

Anyone applied for a Visa there at the Romanian Embassy in KL?
I will be there 13 Sept to 15 Sept and i am not sure if they are open Tues-Wed-Thursday (since Monday and Friday are holidays). I am not sure if they are open on selected hours during the holidays.

They are not responding to my emails.

I've been trying to call them but all i hear is a beep.
If anyone can give them a ring and ask for their office hours next week?
My work permit will expire 22 Sept, so i need to rush.
