Google Jeddah for Kids + playgroups. They have a blog of kids activities also a Facebook page. They keep their information as updated as they can.
There is one at the British Consulate that was on Wednesdays. Also there is My Library (I think on Rawdah) that has activities most Saturdays in Arabic and English.

Thanks, but due to wrong age/location/timing/hajj can't seem to find something which will work. Right now we're just hoping to meet new friends to play with!
