Customer care in Trinidad and Tobago

The way customer services are handled can greatly affect your views on certain brands, products, companies or stores. As a consumer, it is important to get familiar with local practices regarding client assistance in Trinidad and Tobago and try to understand how things work in the country.

Hi Priscilla.....I so wish I had positive comments to make about Customer Service in our islands of Trinidad & Tobago...however....service is very very lacking here.

There seems to be no sense of caring and sensitivity from CSR's in general but I try to manage a smile and accept these reps for who they are. It's awful..such a pity!

And as far as after-sales service is concerned..same response. However I must  after-mention here that if you are persistent about the after-sales service that you do end up getting it after much ado.

And this is from someone who has lived abroad for 30 years so lack of customer service was very disheartening at first but I've come to live with it.
