Customer care in Myanmar

The customer service in Myanmar really need a big change. For what I understand when Myanmese go oversea their service is excellent but when they are back the service is terrible. Do not now what is the reason. It could be they enjoy high salary oversea and when they are back on low salary.

This could be the culture. I should say "respect to the work that you are doing, not cause of pay as the service line is the front line of every business".

Just to share on my personal experience in Myanmar.

I agree. Customer Services need a lot of change in the hospitality industry. Although most staffs are polite but they don't know how to serve guests. So, I think they'll need a lot of special training and experiences.
