You don't need an agent anymore. You can do it all yourselves --- starting from Jan 2016 when Express Entry system was introduced. All information you'll ever need is on http://www.cic.gc.ca.

If you have extra money to throw, Leave all agents. I am happy to receive ALL money transactions.

Go here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/getting-started.asp
And find out if you are eligible.

Then find out how much score you get. If you score above 460 --- which is extremely extremely difficult for most people in KSA who have no work experience in Canada. Anyways, if you score 460+, congratulations. If less, needless to say, forget about the matter.

If some agent says he can help you getting 460. Sorry - Their system is foolproof. For each and every claim you make, you have to provide a very valid proof. Faking is impossible. He is just after your money - stay warned!
