A normal procedures by most of the arab owned companies in Tanzania.I have negotiated the working and residence permit to be issued by the company and than they have cutted from my salary USD 600,- for the working permit and USD 400 ,- for the visa delay,what was definetly fold of the damned arab owners of the company.But go ahead , every employee is able to take his stollen money otherways.
