during shifting to new job in oman, i have produced NOC of previous company to new company. Now i wants to resgin from current company can i get NOC from current employer.
Please suggest.

Hi Jas30,
To give, or not to give, the NOC is entirely the company's prerogative.
No authority has any say on that issue.
And nobody can 'suggest' anything to you about this.
