Hi, my name is Melodie an expat of St. Maarten, N.A. since 1993. I am an American/Dutch citizen and currently living in Berlin, Germnay.
I had worked in St. Maarten from 1982 to 1993 and paid my taxes dutifully. I was wondering, now that I am 55 years old, how would I go about retaining my tax pension money from the system?
Because this is such a long time ago, most of the people I worked with or knew are retired or have pasted on. I did look at the online Yellow Pages of St. Maarten and have found all new companies that I do not know and or tax consultants that do not seem to be IT available.
I would be very appreciative to anyone who has advice, information or experience in this area of inquiry.
Thanks so much,
