Your best bet would be one of the expat type grocery stores, such as Ben's (in Publika, KL), Cold Storage (all over KL), some Jaya's and Sam's (the only one I've been to is at Nu Sentral).
But I've seen them in the frozen food section in several of these stores.

Jaya Grocer has it too. Its a chain supermarket. You can google it and it'll tell you their few locations
