There are some recent changes which aren't depicted here though.

For example, the first band of 1-2000 units, the cost was 0.05 SAR/unit.
Changes: The cost per unit stay the same (0.05SAR/unit) but the band has been revised to 1-1600 units. This is the technical reason many of us have experienced a sudden hike in electricity bills recently.

I think its still 1-2000 ,do you have any reference

I have checked on one recent bill its 1-1867 is costing 5 Halalas.
the total unit is 2333 and they charged
1867*0.05  + 466*0.10 +10(Service Charges) =Total Bill

Yes. They have changed it based on some criteria. It's no more 1-2000.
