Hi. The Hungarian government will provide me with a health insurance and it is stated in a document. Is it compulsory to have a health insurance in order to enter the HU territory? Do I have to buy a provisional one while they valid mine?

If you are entering Hungary on a resident visa, unless the law has changed since I requested residency, existing health insurance is needed to "over-bridge" the time before you are allowed into the National Health system. But of course, I entered almost 10 years ago, so maybe a more recently arriving expat has more up to date information than I.
