There are many forums available which i can only confirm from a british perspective. For example the britsh embassy in croatia has a facebook page where all up to date relevant info can be obtained and discussed.
For everything else i use my wife, who fotunetaly for myself is croatian born and bred. She reads the daily papers every day and relays all coming and goings for me. Whether I want to or not 😃
