As of today my VEC is stamped again 90 days and no TRC application conversion from VEC is

I took the above quote from post #325 dated 15 Jan 16 of the regular VEC thread. What caught my eye was the item that I have made bold. "Districts free to do what they want adopting VEC/TRC conversions of applications" The statement is a little unclear and I found no reference to it in the linked news article but if it means that different parts of the country can interpret VEC rules how they wish then it could explain the problems Bluenz is having. Perhaps expatviet could tell us what his statement is based on or is it just his hunch based on experience.
