Your new local habits in Algeria

Hello everyone,

Living in Algeria is a great way to immerse in a new culture and lifestyle.

Have you embraced local customs since you've lived in Algeria? If so, which one(s)?

Did local customs change the way you see things, appreciate life or organize your daily routines? As far as the language is concerned, did you learn new expressions or words and do you use them?

What do you like most about the lifestyle in your host country? Are there any local specificities you are still struggling with?

Thanks in advance,

Priscilla

I came here in 2013,I can say it's now 3 years in Algeria.
The new local habit I can say is.. To say sorry even when you are not the one who has done wrong.
I learnt this on the streets. Like someone can step on you accidentally and then it's you to apologise.
It makes alot of fan and the same time everyone leaves smiling.
