My husband was born in England but his father was born in France 1939 and in 1949 came to uk. (Now he is deceased) can my husband obtain a French passport. My husband was born on1965. Look forward to your comment . Thankyou

Your husband can be considered French on condition that his Father's nationality was listed as french on his birth certificate.
