i just heard that companies should replace Non-Saudi accountant with a Saudi national as their part of Saudization. Is it True?

This is not new and this has been announced some years ago. Finance roles like cashiers and accountants are professions that are reserved for nationals but then just like any profession that is "nationalized" a lot of expats still do work in this profession.
