I would like some advice regarding the finiquito and whether I would be entitled to one.
Im currently employed on a temporary contract which started in February and finishes on the 15th of July. However, after being promised a full time contact after summer, my employer has now told me that my services will no longer be required after said contract ends. They have also said that I free to leave before the 15th of July. Does anybody know if I'll be entitled to a finiquito If I leave before the 15th?
I guess it wouldn't be much considering the length of contract but I'd like to know my rights.
Any help would be very kuch appreciated.
