Divorce Albanian

Hi guys, I wonder if any of you can help me.
Have been married to Albanian for nearly 10 years despite that we been separated for 7 years. I only started divorce procedure now and here is my problem. I haven't got original married certificate only a translated copy which is not enough. ( where do I get original from)
Also I have been told by my solicitor that my husband is entitle to my financial assets, capitals, pension and etc. We only lived for two years in our marriage and divorce is based on 5 year separation.
And last worry is what happens if he refuses to sign divorce papers? Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
