I came here on a work visa by an institute and I just joined an organisation here in bahrain. Currently i am on three months prohibition. But i am not happy while working with them. Please guide me about the possible legal procedure....

Hi,
Since your in probation, the company has got a upper hand in the situation and will depend on what is mentioned on your offer letter, but below is the link from LMRA on how to submit resignation if Employer is not accepting it.
