A respected member like logicalindian (the older  ) will not recommend that you take a look at older links if he thinks the information is not relevant. Though the threads are old, the information they contain is still relevant. You will be surprised at how things "don't change" in Bahrain

Any way - the short answer to your question - your package is good, and in line with market practice for someone with your level of experience. It even appears a little "above average", so you have done well with your negotiations so far. Your main expense will be your accommodation. The other important item is health care. Since these are covered, I believe you have landed a good deal. By the way - no harm in negotiating for a little more. You will never know unless you try.
