Looking to purchase land in Trujillo please help!

I have a lot in trujillo eco resort. Bought for 35K, was just interested in a spec play.***now I want to sell lot and want to get into forex/crypto game instead. If you are still interested in a lot in trujillo. the eco gated resort is now developed with infrastructure, hotel, restarurants, park, bars etc etc. Cost to build is $70 per sq foot with the developer, or you can get your own quote with companies there.

My opinion for you is to wait to sell if you can. Timing is not on your side especially if trying to sell to Canadians or Americans. Canadian $ and other things... not good. Americans are re investing in The US.... not good for you selling now.

With the eco development selling (or trying) what they have along with re sales..... you may want to get a local real estate company to assist you. If not it looks like you are on your own.
