What is the most challenging aspect of the process of finding and securing a full-time child care for your first child?

If you mean you're planning to hire a full-time child care, I can say the most challenging part is the security for your child, you know that even though you were not around..your at most confident that your child is safe and sound. If you're not so sure of whether to hire somone to take care your child, better ask relatives who can do it for you, but still the best secure one is for you to take care of your own child. Also, no other things in this world would be greater than seeing your child's growth every second.
