Help ! - Look and See Visit

Hi,

I am new here. After living in Hungary and Germany we are back in the UK.
Being an Expat - wife now I would like to help others in this experience and improving the Look and See Visit (preassignment visit to the host country before the final decision) process in my current company. The first impression can be so important !

I would very much appreciate your experiences / input.

- How was you Look and See Visit?
- What information did you receive before hand?
- What was included in your programm / schedule?
- What did you find useful / useless?
- What was missing / would have been important for you?
- What would you do differently if you would attend the visit again?
