Good afternoon All,
Is it possible to get a family visa for my wife while she is here with me on family visit visa? I know it is mandatory to exit the country for changing the visa. But I want to know whether I will get a family visa for her without exiting the country?

If there is a valid visa in your wife's passport, then obviously she cannot be issued with a second visa (irrespective of the category) for the same country.
The first visa has to be necessarily cancelled before the second one can be issued.
