Apple iphone support

Dear all, a fellow expat gave his Apple ipnone 6 into an Apple store in Bangkok to be repaired. It is still under full warranty. They now want 13,000 THB to fix it  !!! even thought he has a warranty. Does anyone have any advice or a contact number to help him. Thank you

Any warranty will have limitations and exclusions....

his warranty does not apply
(a) to consumables such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to reduce the skin over time. Unless there is a failure occurred due to defects in materials. Workmanship or
(b) the damage to the beauty. This includes but is not limited to scratches, damage and broken plastic on the other, except for damages resulting from defects of materials or workmanship,
(c) to damage caused by use with components or products. which do not meet the specifications of Appl
(d) to damage caused by the accident. The misuse Use the wrong way, fire, earthquake or other external causes;
(e) the damage caused by the use of Apple products in addition to the guidelines published by Apple

(j) If Apple receives information from the agency. the authorities concerned that the product is stolen, or if you can not disable security measures, passwords, or other applications which are designed to prevent unauthorized use of Apple products without permission. And you can not prove in any way that you as a user is allowed (eg by proof of purchase).


The best way is to ask the store the reason or cost breakdown ( details ) of the 13,000 THB, as there is always a reason...
