Does anyone know of any restaurants serving eggs Benedict in Sofia? The only place I've found was in sunny beach and the hollandase sause wasn't good. Thanks btw if anyone needs a recommendation for restaurants in Sofia ask

Not sure about sofia, but Eddie, in VT for me it is Shtastlivica every time (they have two buildings I think--- the one up on the hill in the center of everything is the one to go to). It means happiness, and everything I have ever eaten there has definitely made me happy. They have a meatball with eggplant in tomato sauce that is absolutely heavenly.
