Does anyone have any feedback on the Nesma Compound? I will be looking at the single status bachelor studio flat type. I arrive around Mid April.
If there are two, then I will be looking at the one near Jubail Port area.
The monthly rent of some of the residential compounds I have been looking at on the wen are very high. Some need a years rent in advance?

Nesma is a good compound and has facilities such as a library, 2 swimming pools, restaurant as well as tennis and basket ball courts. Would recommend if you get a place in there.

Nesma Roots by Crown Hotel off King Abdulaziz Road is nice, trees etc, but small, one pool, good gym facilities and on site shop.
