I needed some of your expert advice on starting a playgroup/nursery for kids upto age 4.
Any teachers or experts in this field out there?
How difficult will this project be?
How expensive will it be?
What is the expected length of time it may take for all the red tape?
Is this a doable project?
Anyone else in this field interested in this project?
