Transfer CR Ownership to another person

Hi There,

Please help me to sort out this problem.

Few month ago I rent a CR from one Bahraini. I spent money to run CR and I also decorated the shop. Before he told me he will give me four visa. Now he just give me two visa. But for my business I really need also two person. Unfortunately now he is not keeping his promise. I also pay him lots of money for sponsorship. Our CR is personal establishment.

Now my CR owner asking for Transfer the ownership. I am little bit hesitate of these thing. Right now we have two person in the CR. I am also thinking to change the ownership. He told me after transfer the ownership our existing visa will be cancelled and then we will need to pay the money  for new visa.

My question is if I transfer the ownership then
Is that we need to pay for new visa? or our visa will be exist after transfer the ownership.
After transfer the CR can we apply for new visa?
How much it will be the cost for transfer ownership?
How much time needed for the transfer?
Where I can get support?

I am also worried because still now searching reliable person for sponsorship. It is really difficult to find a good person.

Please help me.
