You should ask the airline wich you will come with and they will tell you what's the paper you need, it's easy not complicated

Google search pet relocation specialists in your area and then make sure they have experience bringing pets to the Middle East.

Somewhere in there is a thread about a few others bringing their dogs in the last year and you maybe able to get information directly from them.

No matter what be sure to bring extra food, poop bags, and treats as there are times when all 3 are hard to find or at least decent quality is hard to find depending on what city you end up in.
