Dear Team,
As a process in applying dependent Visa I need to get PCC for my spouse. My spouse permanent address is in Tiruchirappalli which is also in the passport. Currently She stays in Chennai in a PG and works. So she does not hold any rental agreement or address proof for chennai address. Now if I need to apply PCC, can I apply in the permanent address or should I only do in Chennai ? Kindly help.

In my knowledge, PCC can be only applied in the passport office from which the passport was originally issued. www.passportindia.gov.in has all the information you need (the website is currently under maintenance, but will be back in a few hours).
