I have looked everywhere for requirements for student visas, I can't seem to find a whole lot of information. I will be a digital nomad and going to school. I was wondering what the minimum hours a week of school are required to keep my student visa. I know I apply for the visa when I get there, I can only go part time. I appreciate any information or direction you can give me.

Hi,

I hope the followings will be helpful for you:
You enter Vietnam for studying. So, your visa is a kind of DH which is granted for people entering to study or intership in Vietnam. Visa duration of DH is not over 12 months.

Conditions for visa grant:
- Passport or international enter/exit valid paper;
- paper is to prove your purpose of immigration (it is your enrollment letter from the school where you are going to study).

You can refer to the immigration law of Vietnam. I read it and cited the needed information for you as listed above.
On the other hand, If it is hard for you I suggest you can contact some law company to proceed application for you.
