Yes I would like to consider a position in child care. I am a British
nanny with experience and qualified to teach English . I am able to
teach manners and social grace in the British tradition.

I wanted to know that "what are the specific  benchmark a child care should have so you can say it's good one?"

The specific benchmarks are cleanliness . That's where you start. The next thing is you need enough staff to the ratio of children depending on their age. under5 and school age 5 and over have different not needs.
Staff should have knowledge of how to occupy the children Routine is important. Children should be able to perform specific tasks by a certain age. This is what we call age and stage. Development milestones.
