A question about health Care Status A and B?can tell me about health care status does it mean A and B?

Hi.
LMRA status B: means that a person has no medical insurance with ministry of health. So i am assuming Status A means: someone who has a medical insurance with MOH or it could refer to Bahraini Passport holders.
Someone could correct me if they have more info.
