Offer Letter received and exit

hi all,
I have a query about if anyone received offer letter and acept it then he exit for getting visa, behind that seen company can change his decision or company can hire another person ?

Though your post is unclear, let me try to respond, if I think I have understood your question correctly.

If a company wants to ditch a candidate even after selecting him / her and bringing the person over, it is possible.

But usually a company would not do so, since they would already have invested a substantial amount of time and effort in selecting that candidate.

Also, there is a 3-month probationary period, during which time the candidate's credentials can be well assessed. If found to be unfit, the company can easily terminate the services of the said employee and recover the money which they wold have spent on bringing the candidate over.

If as you say, they send the candidate back and do not wish to bring him back again, then who will bear the losses incurred ? Not the company of course.
