Hi again, im an american citizen currently in Bahrain on a 2 week tourist visa. Whats the procedure to extend my visa? I called the NPRA multiple times but no one answers, is that where i need to go? Thank you

A quick search for the answer turned up your almost identical question from last September.
Just re-read Capriole's post directly under your first question. That should be all you need to get this taken care of.

Visit the Immigration Office at Exhibition Road
Fill up the form and pay the fee .
Ta-Da , you're good to stay 2 more weeks .
I suggest you to take the 3 months visit visa .
Cheaper .

Just pop down to the immigration office on exhibition road. Pay 25 bd and they will extend it for 2.more weeks
