I had the same problem. It doesn't work in Internet Explorer. Try Google Chrome. It is better to have mobile no linked to yr iqama.
U need to take a printout later and then go to some centers. It is self explanatory.
I am yet to go to any center after taking print out.

Change the browser,its not an issue if the number is not linked to your iqama
