I would suggest that your request is not going to be easy.

There are legalities that go with sponsoring someone. So you will find it impossible to find anyone who would want to sponsor a total stranger.

he sponsor is responsible for you financially, to make sure you leave the country on time, and if you get into trouble with the law.

Have you contacted the Norwegian Embassy for information about sponsorship?

the information about travel visas also makes it sound unlikely that you will be granted one as a tourist, even with a sponsorship. Sadly, if even the immigration authorities say it's unlikely to happen, coming as a tourist to Norway will probably be quite difficult.
