I have used VT Bulgaria, Stara Planina properties all in Veliko Tarnovo.  All Bulgarian, all spoke English and were all very efficient.  We used VT Properties in the end because they had the house we loved.  Get some internet searching under your belt and get the right prices in your head.  PM me if you have any specific questions.  Oh Century Properties allso has a good selection but I have never met them

Do you mean Bulgarian Properties? They have many different offices and service you will get depends on the office and particular agent. They are expensive compared to many other smaller agents and have been known to add a lot on to the purchase price. Much depends on the area you want to buy in.

Ah yes, target mainly the Russian market and just apartments mainly around Sunny Beach area.

I can thoroughly recommend ideal homes. Ves is the manager and cannot do enough for you.i suggest you use ideal homes he can access nearly all properties in the VT area and his local knowledge is second to non, and will not try to sell you just anything. He is honest and goes that extra mile.

As the original poster has posted in the Burgas forum and appears to be considering an agent specialising in apartments on the coast, not sure why people are recommending agents that mainly deal with rural village property around VT?
