South Africans living in Sudan

I am a journalist from South Africa and i am currently working on a television story about the upcoming referendum in South Sudan. I am looking to make contact with South Africans who are working and living in Sudan, preferably in the Abyei region. A fellow journalist is leaving to Sudan in the next few days and I would like to secure some contacts before that time. If anyone is able to help me in this regard it would be most appreciated.
