Taking a Malaysian driving license when you are a foreign student

Hey everybody, I'd like to know if it is possible to take  a driving license when you are a  European student on an exchange program ; if so which one is it possible to take ? the LDL? or  PDL? knowing that i will have to convert this Malaysian license in France into a French one.

Another question ! is the Metro Driving School a safe and honest driving school ?
